Free Lunch & Learn: Understanding Depression

We hope to see you at our"Understanding Depression" Lunch & Learn. We will be at The Nauti Lobstah (311 S Forest Ave, Apopka) on Tuesday, February 3rd at 12 PM.

Feeling sad or low from time to time is a normal part of life—but when do those feelings become something more serious? Depression can affect anyone, at any age, and recognizing the signs early is key to getting the right help.

In this lunch and learn, we will explore the difference between occasional sadness and clinical depression, and how to support yourself or others who may be struggling.

Bring your curiosity and your appetite! Lunch and refreshments are included with your RSVP.
