Although Bridgwater Library is temporarily closed, we are still running our FREE Low-impact activity, movement and co-ordination sessions, courtesy of #novasportandcoaching and #sportengland.
These popular fun and FREE one-hour sessions will now be at #bridgwaterartscentre
The sessions are designed to support people who may have a health condition and anyone who would like some help to get moving or improve their balance and co-ordination. All sessions will be guided by a professional coach and will be tailor-made for attendees.
