Kaia FIT Sierra is hosting a FREE Lift workout at our Midtown Reno studio as part of a special "Tour de Kaia" day where the community is invited to try one of four class types across studios! Bring friends and family! Men and women are all welcome! SPOTS ARE LIMITED!
Join us at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at our Midtown studio (777 S. Center St. #B1)! Kaia FIT Sierra is located in the basement below Noble Pie and Pinon Bottle on the corner of Center and Cheney. You can park along the street for free or in the paid parking lot behind the building. Enter the hallway on the ground floor for the entrance to Kaia.

Anyone can sign up in the "Kaia FIT Corp" app under the Midtown Reno location as well.
RSVPs are required through our Mindbody system so that any non-members can sign our waiver in advance.
