ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us for our free guided circular walk from Saltaire along the canal to Hirst Woods and back.
These sessions are designed for adults and for children from seven years old upwards as an introduction to walking and are easy grade along our amazing towpaths. Learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways.
Celebrate Bradford's Year of Culture by exploring the area of Saltaire. Get some fresh air, enjoy nature and make new friends.
Take a 3-mile circular walk along the gorgeous Leeds & Liverpool Canal in Saltaire and back via Hirst Woods.
* Please consider using public transport to arrive at Saltaire
* Our walk will start at 12pm
* Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather
* Some of the woodland tracks are uneven
* Dogs are welcome to join, but we ask they remain on a short lead and with consideration of other walk participants.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot.
Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
Walk ins will not be accepted. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or please get in touch with us to allow another person(s) a chance to take part.
