ABOUT THIS EVENT
Why not come along and walk, get active and make new friends on one of our walk leader led walks. All you need to do is book in on this free walking session.
These sessions are designed for people with moderate health who enjoy walking. As well as benefiting from the exercise, you can learn a bit of history or see some awesome wildlife which is around every turn on our waterways.
This is a varied walk which will take us along the canal towpath to Charlton. From there, we will take public footpaths to Knapp Bridge and then follow the River Tone to Ham, and return to the car park at Creech St Michael.
Participants should meet at 10.00am at the canal car park, which is at the bottom of Vicarage Lane, Creech St Michael, TA3 5PY.

This walk is just under 5 miles and we expect to be back at the car park between 12:30pm and 1.00pm.
There are no toilet facilities on this walk.
The walk is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Dogs are welcome to join, but we ask they remain on a short lead and with consideration of other walk participants.

Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite. We ask for your co-operation in this matter. This will allow others who would otherwise have regrettably missed out due to lack of space, the opportunity to attend this event.
