Horizon Industries, a division of East Texas Lighthouse for the Blind, is one of the largest converters of industrial wiping towels and paracord for the United States government. Horizon produces an assortment of light to heavy duty wiping towels built to handle tasks from laboratory, general cleaning, or shop maintenance to heavy duty oil and grease cleanup and aircraft canopy cleaning. Our paracord is built to Mil-C-5040 specifications and used in various military applications.

The Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center (TMAC), part of the NIST-MEP National Network, is comprised of 8 regional offices, works with Texas-based businesses to help develop and improve their profits, products, processes, technology and people.
