Nutrition is vital in later life, supporting health across a range of areas. For those living with dementia, the challenges increase. We have found there to be a vast range of reasons why a person in later life may find themselves at risk of poor nutrition, and beyond this, malnourishment.
Led by Mark McGlade, Owner/Director of Home Instead, the FREE Nutrition in Later Life Community Talk will take place on Monday 25th November 2024 and is kindly hosted by our friends at Budleigh Information Centre, at the Norman Centre (situated at the Budleigh Salterton Public Hall - access via doors at the opposite end to the main hall entrance).
This workshop is the last in a series of 2024 community talk events in partnership with Budleigh Information Centre, covering later life matters such as dementia, scam awareness and nutrition for those in later life.
Informed communities are safer ones, so raising awareness is of real value.
Our workshops are completely free to all.
