Free Kids Yoga class. Ages 5-12 Saturday from 10:30-11:30am Reservations are required as only 10 spots are available per class. Kids will learn breathing, guided meditation, yoga games, poses, confidence and more! We play yoga and have lots of fun. Parents are welcome to stay in the lobby, or attend class at the same time in the heated studio.***Because we are offering this class for free- and reserving a spot will keep another from attending, we are enforcing a strict 2 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make class and do not cancel by 8:30am the day of the class you will be charged a $10 fee which will serve as a donation towards the program. This is non-negotiable.
If the class is sold out, keep checking back to see if there are any cancellations.
