Join Premier Martial Arts for our FREE Kids Safe program which offers a 45-minute workshop focusing on common sense before self-defense. We educate our students with the knowledge to de-escalate, how to sound out, using “Green, Yellow, & Red-Light Safety tips.” They will learn about strangers as well as what to do if contact occurs!We teach them how to properly create space and practice a little hands-on training and martial arts and of course the most important when and when not to use everything they learn. Ultimately and probably the most important from the kids’ perspective, they will have a blast!
