S.C.A.R.E stands for Secondhand Costume Annual Redistribution Effort – a long name for a simple concept. We believe that all families should enjoy the magic & mayhem of Halloween. But we also understand that sometimes a family needs to prioritize food and shelter over Halloween costumes and activities. S.C.A.R.E. was born so no child feels left out or left behind.
