Fall is here, and it's time to plan your garden NOW to stock that home pantry for the winter! Join us at the Culinary Institute for a very special FREE class where you'll learn everything you need to know to create your own winter garden at home. We'll create a raised gardening bed, learn about different soils for different plants and produce, and what and when to plant as well as how to maximize your autumnal bounty. Participants will leave with their own hand tools as well as seeds to start planting now for a glorious fall harvest.All materials will be provided. Weather permitting, parts of class will be held outdoors. Please wear closed-toe shoes, appropriate clothes, and if so desired, consider sun protection and bug spray.
