The Andrew Wilcox trio has been a Hartford mainstay for over five years, but made waves across the Northeast and internationally into Canada. Often a trio of veterans and young musicians alike, the Andrew Wilcox trio is an intergenerational band playing original compositions, jazz classics, and covers of songs by Radiohead, David Bowie and others.
Their first record Dear Mr. Hill was released in 2024 and was met with great acclaim. It was given a four star review in Downbeat by jazz journalist Scott Yanow and featured as one of his top 50 albums of 2025.
