This sensory-friendly session at Pablo Creek Regional Library uses calming tones and gentle vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes to create a peaceful environment.
The sound bath promotes relaxation, stress relief and anxiety reduction while fostering emotional balance and self-regulation. Participants will also experience enhanced sleep quality through the soothing effects of sound.
This event offers a safe, supportive space where the Autism Community, Parents and Caretaker can unwind, recharge and connect. Whether seeking stress relief, better sleep or simply a moment of calm, this session is a wonderful opportunity for the Austim Community to connect with their inner peace.
