Square Dancing is a team of 8 people, 4 couples, moving to music as the Caller challenges us with a sequence of moves. BUT, Today's Modern Western Square Dance is NOT the music you danced to in High School or Jr High.Today's Modern Western Square Dance is upbeat dancing to All types/Genres of Music to include Modern Country, Classic Rock, some Modern Rock, Pop, Bluegrass, Jazz, Blues, Southern Rock, R&B, and more.
