Free Yoga for New StudentsCurious about yoga but not sure where to start? This free yoga class for new students is designed to feel welcoming, accessible, and supportive — no experience or flexibility required.
If you’re feeling stiff, tight, or overwhelmed, this class offers slower-paced movement, simple breathwork, and plenty of options so you can move comfortably at your own pace.
There’s no pressure to perform or keep up. You’re encouraged to rest, modify, and take breaks as needed. At the end of class, we’ll briefly share how to continue your practice if it feels like a good fit.
