Why is Yoga is becoming so popular?
When asked “Why Yoga?” some students will tell you it’s because they are moving with greater ease or have better balance. Others love the feeling of stretching and strengthening their bodies. Still others say it’s to help them relax and clear their mind. And many more recognize that the practice has helped with pain management.
We invite you to come and see for yourself! On this night, we'll talk in simple language about what yoga is - and is not - and everyone will have a chance to do a little movement and stretching on the mat. Whether you’ve never done yoga, or have been practicing for years, we hope you’ll join us for this overview of the philosophy and practice of yoga.
No experience required.
Just bring an open and curious mind… and a friend!
