Curious about wrestling but not sure where to start? Join us at Oceanside Athletic Club for a FREE Intro to Wrestling class — no experience needed!
This special session will run during our regular class hours and is open to anyone who wants to try wrestling for the first time or get back on the mat. Our coaches will walk you through the basics: stance, movement, takedowns, and foundational drills to build confidence and strength.
