Happy Hypnobirth is excited to offer our community a FREE intro to hypnobirth class. Designed for parents that want to have a peaceful pregancy and birth mindset. Taught by a 2 x hypnobirth mom, Certified Hello Birth Professional and Gym Owner, we are on a mission to empower and educate parents to experience a positive prenancy and calm birth.
