Ancient Wisdom for Modern WomenHave you ever wished for a guidebook that helped you understand your body, your moods, your energy, and your health—through every stage of life? That’s exactly what Ayurveda offers.
💫 What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda (pronounced Eye-yer-vay-duh) is the world’s oldest system of natural health care. The word itself means “the science of life.” Think of it as a roadmap for how to live in harmony with nature’s rhythms—your sleep, your digestion, your hormones, your energy, and even your emotional balance.
✨ Why is it especially powerful for women?
Women go through so many natural transitions: monthly cycles, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Ayurveda teaches us how to care for ourselves differently in each of these stages, so we feel supported instead of depleted. It reminds us that our bodies are wise and that we can trust our inner rhythms.
🌿 In this workshop, we’ll explore:
-The basics of Ayurveda — what it is and how it works
-The three doshas (mind-body types) and how to begin recognizing your own
-Daily rhythms — why when you eat, sleep, and move can matter more than what
- Simple food + lifestyle practices to help with digestion, stress, and energy
- How to align with the seasons so you feel less overwhelmed and more at ease
🌸 What you’ll take away:
- A clear understanding of what Ayurveda is
- A few easy practices to begin weaving into your everyday life
- A sense of empowerment that your health is in your hands, one small step at a time
- Connection with other women who are on the same path of learning and self-care
This is a beginner-friendly, supportive space. No yoga experience is required. Just bring yourself, your curiosity, and maybe a notebook if you like to jot down new ideas.
