Introductory Class – 10am Saturdays
Join us for a free "Introduction to Aikido" class (please check the for occasional schedule changes).
- Please bring loose-fitting exercise clothing
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before to register.
- Preregistration is optional:
- The class will be non-strenuous and everyone is welcome.
