This seminar will cover circumstances where spousal maintenance might be appropriate.Circumstances where spousal maintenance might be appropriate include where one spouse is unable to support themselves due to ill health and/or the need to care for children and when the other spouse earns a higher income and has the ability to provide such support to the other.
