About this Event
Join us every Friday 7pm at the Whitby Library room 1A, off the main lobby towards the Cafe. The room is set up with chairs, this is not a Hatha yoga (physical exercise) class, you won't need a mat or anything else besides your sincere desire to achieve a state of silent meditation. Dress comfortably. This is a meditation class that teaches techniques that go beyond only physical, but help us develop also mental, emotional and spiritual balance. Classes run about an hour and everyone is invited to linger a bit afterwards, enjoy a cup of herbal tea, get to know each other or ask questions one on one.
