• Arrive no earlier than 10:00 a.m. to choose your table, set up your puzzles, enter the Fun & Games Jigsaw Puzzle Giveaways, and browse other members’ puzzles.
• The Swap/Meet begins promptly at 10:15 a.m. Please refrain from trading puzzles before this time to ensure a fair opportunity for all and to allow organizers to actively participate.

Group members are encouraged to bring a friend or family member to oversee their puzzles while they browse. Only group members can trade puzzles and participate in the Free FUN & GAMES Puzzle Giveaways.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Tables and chairs are limited. Consider bringing a floor towel, cardboard box, or portable folding table to display your puzzles. If you have only a few, bring them in a box or crate so you can trade on the spot.

All puzzles traded must meet the following criteria:
✔️ 100% complete (no missing pieces)
✔️ Clean (free from odors and debris)
✔️ In good condition
✔️ Sealed in a zip-top bag
✔️ In the original box (not taped closed)
