Day 1: Foundations of Attachment and Connection
~ Gain a deep understanding of attachment theory, including secure, anxious, and avoidant styles, and how they show up in relationships.
~ Explore the Freedom & Attachment Matrix, a model designed to help you navigate the balance between individuality and intimacy.
~ Reflect on your personal attachment journey, tracing patterns from childhood to your present relationships in a guided, insightful process.
~ Engage in group activities and somatic practices to experience the connection between your polyvagal system and your sense of safety and connection in love.
Day 2: Unearthing Patterns and Shaping Connection Today
~ Uncover the beliefs, and habits that have shaped your relational dynamics over time and that frame your relationships today.
~ Identify your current communication patterns and how they align with or hinder your relational goals.
~ Practice crucial skills like regulation through breathwork to stay centered during tough conversations.
~ Role-play scenarios with facilitators and fellow pariticipants to gain confidence in using transformative tools such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), active listening, and boundary-setting techniques.
Day 3: Building a Future of Authentic Intimacy
~ Explore what you want to create in your relationships by clarifying your intentions and commitments for the future.
~ Practice authentic sharing, including how to make heartfelt requests and express love and appreciation meaningfully.
~ Develop practical strategies to maintain trust and navigate relational challenges with freedom, authenticity, and care.
~ Participate in reflective exercises and group sharing to integrate your learnings and leave with a clear path forward.

Cairo is a seasoned and highly credentialed psychotherapeutic coach, counsellor, mediator, and educator with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and groups to deepen their relationships and master the art of communication. His work blends evidence-based practices, including attachment theory, person-centered therapy, mindfulness approaches, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Open Dialogue, and nonviolent communication, into practical, transformative tools for personal and relational growth.
Cairo’s lived experience enriches his work. As a husband in a rich 18-year partnership with Kaylan, a father to twin daughters, and someone navigating the complexities of ethical non-monogamy with authenticity and care, he brings a deeply personal understanding of love and freedom. Known for transforming tough topics into bridges for connection, Cairo’s warm, humorous, and insightful approach helps participants explore even the most challenging relational topics with confidence and clarity.
Kaylan Rha
Kaylan is a therapist, coach, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in creating meaningful transformation in their lives and relationships. Her approach combines grounded presence with playful curiosity, integrating tools from somatic awareness, mindfulness, and relational coaching to foster emotional resilience, intimacy, and freedom.
Kaylan’s personal journey is central to her work. Having co-created a thriving 18-year partnership with Cairo while raising a family, she brings a wealth of lived experience to help others navigate love’s complexities with grace and authenticity. Kaylan’s unique ability to create trust-filled spaces empowers participants to explore their vulnerabilities and align with their deepest truths.
