What is hooping?
Hula hooping has evolved into a dynamic artform. During the class Jessie Jewels will teach on and off body hooping tricks. No prior experience is needed. It's fun, it's fitness and your bound to laugh! Even if you cannot waist hula hoop (yet) I promise you will find a part of hooping that you love! We mix in a bit of fitness and dance. It is very accommodating for everyone.
Do I need to bring a hoop?
If you have a dance hoop bring it! Otherwise Jessie will have plenty of extra hoops to borrow or to purchase.
What ages are allowed?
Hooping is for everyone! All ages are welcome!
