We’re starting a new holiday tradition at Kaia FIT Sierra — getting festive and getting sweaty together! In past years, we’ve had holiday parties … this year, we’re turning the celebration into a fun, energetic Cross-Training workout for all fitness levels.
🕗 When: 8 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13
📍 Where: Sparks studio, 4854 Sparks Blvd. #102
What to expect:
💪 Cross-Training workout combining strength + cardio
🎄 Festive outfits encouraged — ugly sweaters, sparkles, Santa hats, reindeer ears, anything goes!
👨👩👧👦 Open to men, women, and children — all are welcome
💖 Completely free
