About this Event
Welcome to the swap! In order to accomodate as many guests as possible we have a two wave ticketing system. The first wave is from 1pm - 3pm and the second is from 3pm-5pm from 5pm-6pm are the auctions and raffle and no tickets are required.
You are welcome to reserve a ticket for both waves. If there is table space available you are more than welcome to stay for the second wave even if you did not reserve ahead of time.
From 5 PM-6 PM we are holding the auctions and raffle. The first auction will be the $1 auction; if you have an item(s) that you don't want to take home then raffle it off starting at a dollar! The second auction is the silent auction. Each participant will recieve a form that they may use to raffle an item that is of higher value. Bidding happens throughout the event and winners are chosen at 5:30PM. Both seller and buyer MUST be present at the end of the auction. We do not handle any money.
OUR RAFFLE WILL BE HAPPENING AT 5:45 PM 12/15/24, THE PRIZE IS A $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE TO THE GAME STORE OF YOUR CHOICE.
You may gain up to 4 FREE entries into the raffle by doing the following:
-Have somebody thats thinking about moving call me by 6 PM on12/14/24.
-Let me do a home value analysis on a property you own.
-Have a coffee with me by 6 PM on 12/14/24.
-Attend the Hobby Swap and sign in on 12/15/24
Additional tickets may be purchased for $10 to support the growth of the hobby swap. No purchase necessary.
We have suggested times for people to bring certain swappables but you are more than welcome to reserve tickets for whenever is convenient for you. Please only reserve tickets if you intend to display wares, there is no ticket requirement for browsing. Please view the FAQ's for more information.
Note: The store has a dog, they are very friendly but please be aware for allergies.
