Hi there!(:
This completely FREE, 30 minute HIIT circuit workout, is perfect for anyone looking to get into fitness, looking for a fitness community, wanting further education on mindset, exercise movement and/or nutrition. OR, if you'd just like to enjoy the sunshine and get a great sweat in!
The HIIT circuit is immediately followed by a 20 minute crash-course on mindset, exercise movement, and/or nutrition.
My name is Alexandra Rubin, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and teach people have to leverage fitness into a lifestyle to create a complete mind-body transformation. My goal is to share knowledge, encourage more people to move their body and love themselves.
