We’ve teamed up with local GP surgeries and hospitals to provide professional health checks and follow-up feedback.
You’ll also have the chance to meet Social Prescribers who can help connect you with local community services, support groups, and activities to support your overall well-being.
This event is proudly brought to you in partnership with the WOW Community, Bradford City Council, Royds, Act as One, and the NHS – working together to support your health in the heart of the community.
