MEETING LOCATION: Middle of the Blue Bridge, Downtown GR
ABOUT THIS TOUR:
Grand Rapids turns 175 this year! 🎉 Our city was founded on April 2, 1850—and we’re celebrating by walking through history. The Community Legends Project, established by Peter Secchia in 2008, honors Grand Rapids’ most influential pioneers with bronze statues across downtown. As Secchia said:"How will you know who you can be, if you do not know who you have been?"
Come learn about the people, places and stories that shaped Grand Rapids!
