BFT- Body Fit Training is excited to announce the opening of its newest location in October! Leading up to opening day, we are hosting FREE group workouts outside our location EVERY Saturday. Bring a friend or meet some new likeminded people and get your sweat on with us this Saturday at 9 am! (Raffle tickets will be given to everyone that comes with the chances of winning a FREE month membership when we open! *Winner will be picked on Opening Day and tickets will be saved and collected after every workout leading up to Opening Day*)Workout Structure: 50 minute training session (including workout introduction, explanation, full body workout, stretching). Complementary EVOLT body scans are available for those that come to help achieve your fitness goals (scans will begin 20 minutes before the workout start time and continue after the workout concludes!)
Workout Style: Our 50 minute training session with include a balanced variety of both strength training and cardio/conditioning focused exercise.
Please bring: A yoga mat (we have some for those that don't), towel (for the sweat of course ;), water, athletic shoes (preferably cross trainers or running shoes, but most can suffice)
The BFT Team is excited to meet you and will be free to chat after your workout with some snacks and drinks!
