What to Expect:
Comfortable Setting: Relax on a mat with a pillow and eye mask as you immerse yourself in soothing vibrations.
Harmonizing Vibrations: Experience the healing power of resonant frequencies from tuning forks, gongs, drums, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice. These sounds work together to create balance and release emotional tension, trauma, and stress.

Indoor Forest Bathing: Surrounded by many loving plants, this space offers a nurturing environment that enhances relaxation and emotional healing, bringing you closer to the grounding and restorative energies of nature.
Guided Meditation: Journey within through calming meditative practices led by an experienced facilitator, enhancing your sense of inner peace and clarity.
