Free Group Meditations – Saturdays at 10 AM
Join us for free group meditations held on select Saturdays at 10:00 AM on the 3rd floor of the historic Sealy Building, located at 2328 Strand Street, Galveston, TX.
Meditating in a group amplifies intention, fosters a sense of connection, and raises the collective energy—supporting personal transformation and collective healing.
Sessions will range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on the topic.
Some meditations will be live, others will be powerful recordings from teachers like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Noa Aon, Master Stephen Co, Evolve, and more.
Chairs and a few floor cushions will be provided, but space is limited and first come, first served—so feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, or anything else you need to get comfortable.
