The St. Elizabeth STARS Program presents Grief Yoga!
Grief Yoga is a compassionate practice to move through the pain of grief and loss to
reconnect with your inner empowerment and love. Join us for guided yoga movements
focused on using breath and sound to explore our feelings.
For over 25 years, the St. Elizabeth STARS Program has offered free grief support services for children, adults and teens, right here in Northern Kentucky. Please call 859-301-4611 for more information on upcoming events and classes.
