Yoga instructor Jacalyn White has designed this gentle practice that may be done in a chair or on a yoga mat, to facilitate moving painful emotions that are stuck in the body. Done with both expressive movement and simple yoga postures, Grief Relief Yoga emphasizes emotional release and self compassion. This class is free and is a drop-in class.
