About this Event
Join us for some gentle yoga with DK. Like other styles of yoga, gentle yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind, and strengthens the body. In particular, gentle yoga can be relaxing and help to enhance your range of motion.
This session is free and open to all women; all bodies and abilities are welcome here. There'll always be modifications to suit.

About The Bridge
The Bridge is a women's health and wellbeing charity based in London Bridge. We support women to lead healthy and happy lives through movement, solidarity and action.
This gentle yoga session is running as part of our HUB project which offers a programme of free activities every Wednesday for all women.
