Join us at the garden for gentle stretching indoors with Mel on the first Thursday of every month at 11am.
Gentle stretching combined with breath work feels really good and can be great for mental and physical health. One way it can do this is by balancing the nervous system. When that happens everything can work better from mental focus and concentration to immune system function to digestion and loads more
