9:00 am to 11:00 am Come and learn about the abundance of wild edible plants that surround us! David Langner is a highly knowledgeable forager who has taught edible plant programs in the Fox Valley area since 2015. The program will consist of a PowerPoint followed by a hike where he will show and discuss multiple spring edible plants as well as how to use them. The hike will be followed by sampling a few edible plant recipes that he has prepared. Online registration required by May 17.
