Led by Daniela Dáger, Culinary Medicine Health Chef & Coach and graduate of the Culinary Medicine program at Harvard Medical School, this interactive class will explore how eating more vegan and raw foods can nourish your body, protect your health, and keep all those natural benefits intact.
