About this Event
Seniors, don't miss out on your chance to experience Laughter Yoga on Tuesday, January 13th at 3 PM at One Senior Place. (715 Douglas Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL).
Laughter Yoga is a unique and gentle form of exercise, combining breathing techniques from yoga and laughter exercises. Laughter is the best medicine, and participating in this session will help release your stress, elevate your mood, and exercise your heart and lungs.
This class will be led by Dana Kaplan, a certified Laughter Yoga teacher based right here in the Orlando area.
No prior experience is necessary. There are no yoga poses in this class, and no yoga mats are needed.
A brief presentation on the latest in clinical research will be given at the start of the event. Doors open at 2:30 PM for check-in.
Kindly note that this event is exclusively for individuals who have never attended a Charter Research event or those who will be bringing a new guest.
