Mayor George C. Brown and the Wilkes-Barre City Health Department have announced the 2025 FREE Flu Vaccine Clinics schedule. Vaccines are for Wilkes-Barre City residents only and proof of residency is required. Trivalent influenza vaccine, designed to protect against three different flu viruses, will be available for anyone 6 months of age and older. The High-Dose flu vaccine is available for those who are 65+ years old.
The Wilkes-Barre City Health Department’s “Bee Healthy” Bus will be on site and staffed by doctors to provide free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings on October 2nd, 9th, 18th and 20th.
