REST ~ LISTEN ~ DANCE ~ CREATE
Come and join us for a curated series of 8 workshops designed to offer a nourishing and enriching space for the body and mind over the winter months. If you love to dance and move your body, and are curious about exploring yourself more deeply in the presence of others, then this is for you!
This unique opportunity for women-identified folks in Nottingham offers a space to rest, play and listen deeply to the voice of the body. Through music and dance, sensing, play and art-making, you will be guided by dance artist and somatic movement educator Angela Dennis on a rich journey over 8 sessions, with the aim to support wellbeing and creativity.
No previous dance or somatic experience is required, and all practice can be modified to suit different abilities.
