About this Event
Free-flowing rivers are good for fish, ecosystems, and people. But removing dams is complicated. If you own, manage, or are considering acquiring a dam, but are unsure where to start with dam removal, you're not alone! Join our Free-Flowing Network to voice your questions and concerns and hear from field experts about dam removal. Let's keep the stories and ideas as free-flowing as the rivers!
Enjoy the solidarity and camaraderie of fellow dam decision-makers over lunch at Wildlands Trust's Stewardship Training Center. Then, field experts will share their stories conveying the successes and challenges of dam removal in Massachusetts.
