I’ve always been a rebel. I’ve always loved to flow and go. As I’ve grown older, I’ve learned that through movement, I can channel that inner rebel—for the better good of myself and those around me.As a child, I was always moving. As a teen, I found dance. But my dance back then was always structured. It had rules, expectations, boxes to fit into—and I never really fit.
Now, dance has found me again. But this time, it’s different.
This time, it’s free.
No steps. No rules. Just rhythm. Just you and your body moving as one.
Your movement becomes your communication. Your emotions—energy in motion—finally have a safe way to be expressed and released. Ecstatic dance is the most natural, embodied way to free what’s been trapped inside… without having to force or fight.
🌙 That’s why I’m so excited to hold my first Ecstatic Dance: Free Flow Friday with all of you. This is more than just a dance—it’s a release, an embodiment, a remembrance. Most of all, it’s community, while still being such an individual journey.
