Who: 30 spots available. Ages 5+
What to Expect: This is not your typical talk-therapy support group. Individual stories will not be shared. Instead, it's a creative, proven group event that will help your nervous system to turn down the volume on your emotions so that it feels possible to start the healing process.
If you need follow up support, the Hope For The Journey clinical team will be present to point you in the right direction.
