Get ready for another session in our FREE Fitness in the Park summer series, coming at you Wednesday September 24th at 6pm in Avon Town Hall Park! If you know Rebel, then you know we have been hosting free sessions every summer since 2018! This time get ready to rock out while you work out with the energizing, upbeat, and more importantly- FUN Pound Fitness workout! This 45 minute session will have you working up a sweat in no time. We will be meeting at the top of the hill near the shelter at Avon Town Hall. Bring an old yoga mat or beach towel, your water bottle, and a few friends. Although this is an outside session, space will be limited to 25 to ensure we have enough drum sticks for everyone.
