Lily Leyva: (MSA TALENT)

Originally from Las Vegas, Lily Leyva is an ACE certified group fitness instructor who has a passion for the performing arts. She is a professional dancer and actress who loves to be on stage. She’s a Libra so she is all about finding the balance in life. Yup, that means having her cake and eating it too! Her favorite thing about TruFusion is being able to train in different modalities and being apart of a fitness community who values all different types of training styles. Her playlists usually consist of EDM and Hip Hop and her teaching style is motivational, intense, and fun. She wants her students to leave her classes feeling empowered and ready to take on any obstacle in their way. Grab a friend and catch her in the Rock/Sweat Room!

2pm-2:45pm Hot Pilates w/ Ali Nagy - Sweat Room

Welcome to your daily dose of sweat therapy. Tru Hot Pilates is a flow-based class in a high-temperature, high-energy environment. Students will sweat through a series of Mat Pilates, high intensity interval training and yoga to challenge limits and experience new breakthroughs. You’ll always leave feeling better than you came in.

Ali Nagy: (MSA TALENT)

Starting out as a competitive dancer at a young age, Ali grew up loving all things movement. She trained in various dance styles, traveled with a dance convention of top choreographers and eventually began a professional career once moving from West Virginia to Los Angeles in 2014. She has performed in award shows, on tours, in live shows with artists, various television episodes, music videos and commercials.

Along the way in 2017 she began to pursue her fitness journey as well. She started teaching mat Pilates and fusion classes ranging from hot barre to kettlebells. She also completed a Neuromuscular Massage Therapy program in 2019. This enhanced knowledge of anatomy has greatly benefited her as an instructor and allows her to better help students understand their own bodies.

A disciplined teaching style helps keep the focus on intentional flow and correct muscle engagement in her workouts. But she believes simply finding joy in the movement and breath while being able to laugh at yourself is important too!

3pm-3:45pm Roll Recovery + Trigger Point w/ Teo Chapelier - Soul Room

Trigger Point Roller Relax, release and recover. Roll + Recover  combines active vinyasa and rejuvenating yin yoga with foam rolling for comprehensive, full-body healing. This unique combination of deep stretching and strategic release is designed to open up the tightest parts of the body while strengthening your mind-muscle connection. Roll + Recover is perfect after one of our fitness classes or as a destination on its own.

Teo Chapelier:

Téo is above all an avid traveller. Born and raised in the south of France he decided to leave his home country at the age of 18 because he knew the world had a lot to offer. After a few years spent wandering the globe, his path led him to sunny California where he discovered his life purpose: sharing the wisdom of Yoga.

With his 7 years of experience, Téo has developed an extensive knowledge of the practice which he loves to share in its entirety. From rhythmic Vinyasa flows to grounding Yin sequences he knows how to efficiently assist his students in their quest for growth and transformation. Along his journey towards self discovery, he has learned a myriad of life-shaping lessons which he loves to share to help others reach for their fullest potential.

Whether you are an advanced practitioner or an avid beginner, Téo's guidance will make you feel supported in times of need and challenged when you are ready to breakthrough. He takes pride in designing each and every of his classes with the utmost care to best serve all of the attendees. Rest assured that you will step off your mat feeling renewed, both in and out.
