Forres Tennis Club is serving up a fully funded Fitness Camp incorporating boxercise, yoga, circuits and of course tennis. Participants will enjoy a full day of activities showing that tennis and other activities can be accessible and fun and that cross training in sport aids your performance not only in tennis but life!
The tennis will be delivered by head coach Joe Hargreaves and junior coach Adam Rhind, circuits and boxercise will be run by Frances Anderson of Active Perspective and the yoga offered by Faye Starkie from Retreat for Change.
Attendees will also be treated to lunch.
This session is open to non-members of Forres Tennis Club and people over 18 years old. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
