Fit Ball, also know as a Swiss Ball or stability ball, is a large inflatable ball that incorporates a variety of toning exercises such as cardio, core, and balance. Bring your own fit ball or use the one provided as well as indoor shoes, comfortable clothes and a water bottle. Located at 1904 13 Ave. N. in the Multi-Purpose Hall of Nord-Bridge.
