About this Event
Join us for the First Friday of the New Year focusing on STRENGTH! What kind of strength would you benefit from? How often should you do strength training? Enjoy this (basic) 45-minute strength class perfect for all levels. We will use hand weights, resistance tubing and some other fun equipment. Wear comfortable clothing and clean sneakers. Bring a water bottle. The class will end with a relaxing stretch and a kombucha mocktail. Bring a friend and start the New Year getting stronger!
